How we protect your data

Six commitments behind every record

Strict Tenant Isolation

Every piece of data is scoped to your organization and protected by six independent layers of access control — from server-enforced database rules to row-level security in our analytics store. One organization can never see another's data.

Encrypted Everywhere

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS, by default, across our database, file storage, and analytics layers. Encryption is always on — not an upgrade.

Built So Nothing Is Lost

Form submissions and their attached media are kept permanently. Deletions go to a 90-day Recycle Bin that administrators can restore from; backups, file versioning, and point-in-time recovery protect against mistakes and failures alike.

Full Audit Trail

An optional audit log records who created, changed, approved, or deleted records — with field-level before/after history — so you always have a defensible record of activity.

Trusted Infrastructure

Raios360 runs on Google Cloud, inheriting its physical security, compliance certifications, and global reliability. We build our isolation and durability controls on top of that foundation.

Options for Stricter Needs

Defense in depth, not a single wall

Access to your data is checked independently at multiple layers — server-enforced database rules, organization-context validation, every data query scoped by organization, server-side checks in our cloud functions, and row-level security in the analytics database. A failure in any one layer is caught by the others. The result is simple to state and hard to break: an organization can only ever reach its own data.
