Security

Front-desk visitor sign-in with one QR code per entrance. Each access location — Reception, Front Entrance, Loading Dock, or your own — carries its own link and QR and is published on its own, and the server records which entrance a visitor signed in at. The visitor gives their name, mobile number, photo and ID document, and who they are visiting and why. Every sign-in then waits for the concierge: the server compares the visitor with past visits and shows its reasons, and nobody is admitted without a human approving.

How it works

The whole workflow, step by step

Each column is who does the step. Follow the numbers down the page; where the line bends, the work changes hands.

  1. 1

    The visitor signs in

Two ways in, both reaching the same desk.

    AScan the entrance QR

On their own phone or a lobby tablet: name, mobile, photo, ID document, who they are visiting and why.

    BRegister at the desk

The concierge registers a walk-in. An entry made by staff who can approve admits the visitor directly.

  2. 2

    Raios360

Stamps the entrance and reads the ID

The server records which entrance was used, and the ID document's fields are read into the ID Documents database.

  3. 3

    Raios360

    Compares with past visits

Candidate matches are ranked, each with the reasons — the document number, the name, the mobile number — not just a score.

  4. 4

    Front desk

    A person decides

The concierge sees the form as filled, the candidate matches and their reasons.

    Approve

The visitor is admitted and receives a Visitor Pass.

    Reject

The visitor is not admitted, and the decision is recorded.

  5. 5

    Front desk

    Who is here today

Visitors Today lists every visitor on site across every entrance, until they check out.

The problem it removes

  • A paper logbook at reception that nobody can search and anybody can read
  • No way to tell whether today's visitor has been here before — or was turned away last time
  • Several entrances, each keeping its own record, and no single list of who is on site
  • A visitor's ID details copied by hand, badly, or not at all

Worth knowing

  • Add as many entrances as you have, and publish or pause each one separately
  • The visitor never sees anyone else's record: the comparison happens behind the desk, not on the form
  • Every decision is kept with who made it and when

What it installs

Ordinary pieces, already wired together

Everything below is a normal part of Raios360 — open it, edit it, and build on it like anything you made yourself.

Visitor Management

Form

  • Visitor Registration, with one link and QR per entrance

Pages

  • Visitor Pass
  • Visitors Today

AI template

  • ID / Passport Reader

Database

  • ID Documents

What it does not do

  • The comparison helps a person decide; it never admits or refuses anyone by itself
  • It reads the ID document. It does not prove the person holding it is the person named, and it does no face matching
  • It is switched on per organization by our team rather than self-installed
