A per-store availability survey, a product master with a must-carry list (MCL), and a dashboard that shows the percentage of must-carry products available, by category, for the current visit. Products a store was never meant to carry can be excluded, so a store is not penalized for them.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step
Each column is who does the step. Follow the numbers down the page; where the line bends, the work changes hands.
- 1
Load the products and the must-carry list
A product master, and which products each type of outlet must carry.
- 2
Check in at the store
The visit is recorded against the store, with its location.
- 3
Survey each must-carry product
Available or not — and, if not, why. Works offline and syncs later.
- 4
Count only what should be there
A product with an excluded reason, such as “Not carried”, leaves the calculation.
Counted
Available or out of stock — part of the store's score.
Excluded
Never meant to be in this store — left out, not marked against it.

The problem it removes
- Out-of-stocks are discovered by the customer, not by the business
- Shelf checks are on paper, so the numbers reach head office after the problem has moved on
- Every store is measured against a list that includes products it never stocked
- Reps and managers argue about the number because nobody can see how it was counted
Worth knowing
- The must-carry list is set per outlet type, so a small store and a hypermarket are each measured against their own range
- The score comes from an ordinary submission, so the survey behind any number can be opened and read
What it installs
Ordinary pieces, already wired together
Everything below is a normal part of Raios360 — open it, edit it, and build on it like anything you made yourself.

Databases

Dashboard
- OSA dashboard: % of must-carry available, by category
What it does not do
- It measures what the rep records on the shelf; it does not read your stock or sales systems
- It is switched on per organization by our team rather than self-installed
