Personnel Monitoring
A work order opens the gate. A badge alone does not.

Security
Advance registration of supplier activities and the people authorized to carry them out, then scan-in and scan-out at the gate. A work order — not the badge — is what authorizes entry, so a valid badge with no approved activity covering today is refused. Each person carries one six-character access code, encoded in the badge QR and printed on it, which they can recite if the badge is lost. The arrival photo is evidence, not a face check.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step
Each column is who does the step. Follow the numbers down the page; where the line bends, the work changes hands.
- 1
Register the work and the people
A work order records the supplier's activity, the dates it covers and who is authorized to carry it out.
- 2
One access code per person
A six-character code, issued by the server, encoded in the badge QR and printed on the badge.
- 3
Badges printed in advance
A badge sheet per work order for the supplier to print before arriving — no printer needed at the gate.
- 4
Scan the badge, or type the code
A person who has lost their badge recites their code. The panel leads with their reference photo.
- 5
Is today's work approved?
The phone finds the person's work order itself and checks it covers now — offline, against synced records.
Covered
Signed in, with an arrival photo kept as evidence.
Not covered
Refused, unless a supervisor types an override, which is recorded.

The problem it removes
- Contractors arrive with a valid badge long after the job they were cleared for has finished
- The guard cannot tell, at the gate, whether anyone approved today's work
- A lost badge means either turning the person away or letting them in on trust
- Nobody can say who is inside right now without walking the site
Worth knowing
- The guard never picks a work order from a list — the scanned person decides which one applies
- The gate check runs with no signal, so a dead zone at the gate does not stop the line
- A failed check cannot be waved through with a tap — it needs a typed supervisor override
What it installs
Ordinary pieces, already wired together

What it does not do
- No biometric processing: the arrival photo is evidence, not a face check
- The verdict advises the guard; the guard still makes the call
- It is switched on per organization by our team rather than self-installed
