Raios360 is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for field operations management. The Service includes web and mobile applications for task management, form collection, data management, reporting, and team collaboration.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Free plans are available with limited features
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Chargebee
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. We only access your data as necessary to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in separate agreements.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
